Toen Rustic Pastry erg succesvol werd, besloot Yann Pierre-Jean een bakkerij te open in Amsterdam genaamd SAINT JEAN. Een vegan bakkerij met een counter en wat stoeltjes. 6 November 2023 SAINT JEAN DELI AMSTERDAM 3 reasons to go there: 1.If you like visiting Saint Jean already. The plant-based bakery on the Lindengracht is a big success since it opened in 2021. Now the founder opened a deli on the other side of the road, with more space and new pastries on the menu.
